CABLE END PIECE

Two cable end pieces are required on both sides of each wiring harness. They are used to obtain IP protection type 65.

CABLE CLIP

The cable clips with quick-release fasteners and just one fastening point are optimized for maximum time savings and easy handling.

  • One component: Connected lower and upper part for simplified installation.
     
  • Locking with quick-release fastener: Tool-free locking by simply pressing down the top part.
     
  • Two variants:
    • For fastening with a bolt gun.
    • With slotted hole for classic screw fastening.
       
  • Heat dissipation and retrofittability: Space between the flat cable and the substrate, which not only leads to better heat dissipation, but also enables the simple integration of additional connection modules at a later date.
     
  • Data cable routing: Adaptable pipe clamps enable clean parallel data cable routing.
     
  • Accessories: Clips for fastening to cable trays and the cable basket clamp round off the options.

CIRCUIT BREAKER MODULE:

In accordance with IEC 60364-7-722:2018, the overcurrent and residual current protective device for protecting the charging stations must be installed in the branching final circuits of each charging station. These can be integrated either in the charging station itself or in a podis® circuit breaker module specially designed for electromobility.

The podis® circuit breaker module is completely pre-wired and equipped with the necessary RCDs. There are variants for wiring (with cable gland) as well as for plug-in installation. The module also acts as a connection to the flat cable and integrates the overcurrent and residual current device for the final circuit.

CONNECTION MODULE WITH DOUBLE OUTPUT

The double output module redefines efficiency by serving two consumers with just one tap. This not only saves time, but also costs, as an outgoing module can be dispensed with. The special cover provides an additional output, completely pre-wired and pluggable with RST® or for conventional wiring with cable gland.
